Yes, winkk AI is 100% operated in Europe. All data is savely stored and encrypted in european Microsoft Azure data centers.
A “credit” symbolizes an interaction between you and the chat in winkk AI. When using the GPT 3.5 model, one credit is used for each question asked, including the answer. For an even more advanced question-and-answer interaction with the GPT 4.0 model, 5 credits are required.
We currently only support winkk AI in the EU. If you are interested in winkk AI, please send us an e-mail to [email protected]. We will be happy to take care of your request.
When purchasing multiple licenses, we allow you to divide the credits, number of documents and transcriptions within the team as required. You can flexibly distribute the available credits, number of documents uploaded and transcriptions among the team members.
