winkk AI uses Stripe for subscription management. To cancel your subscription, your account admin should navigate to the "License & Team" tab in the winkk AI settings and click on "Manage Invoices & Licenses." This will redirect you to Stripe, where you can click on "Cancel Subscription."

After cancellation, whether on a monthly or annual plan, you will retain access to winkk AI until the end of your current billing period. The expiration date of the subscription will be displayed in the same settings tab.
